Oriundo is a non-profit organization and multidisciplinary project that is part of the Colaboratorio de Cocina Cincosentidos. We promote the appreciation and responsible consumption of ingredients that are part of the biodiversity of Puerto Rico's archipelago through research, collaboration, and culinary experiences. We are committed to preserving native ingredients from our local ecosystems. During our culinary experiences, guests savor a variety of unique dishes, discover rare, locally sourced ingredients steeped in history, and engage in a tribute to our archipelago’s flavors, culture, and heritage. Those opting for a pairing experience will enjoy “live wines” crafted by small farmers, designed to transport your palate and your imagination.
