This month’s edition of Oriundo welcomes Chef Ángel David Moreno of Gallo Pinto, who will collaborate with Chef Martín Louzao and his team to take you on a culinary journey celebrating Puerto Rico’s rich biodiversity.
Oriundo is a culinary project born from multidisciplinary research, committed to preserving native ingredients from our local ecosystems.
Guests will savor a variety of unique dishes, discover rare, locally sourced ingredients steeped in history, and engage in a tribute to our archipelago’s flavors, culture, and heritage.
Those opting for a pairing experience will enjoy “live wines” crafted by small farmers, designed to transport your palate and your imagination.
